The side stand of the K1200/K1300 R and S models unfortunately has a very sensitive tilting point. A little carelessness and the sidestand tilts over. Our side stand enlargement reduces this risk, it is so designed that the majority of the contact area is arranged in the forward direction. In addition, our enlarger increases the contact area providing a good protection of sinking on loose ground.
Our set includes high strength stainless steel screws with TX head and stainless steel discs, not cheap galvanized hex screws that like to turn over during assembly. Our set includes also the needed screws securing, you do not have to buy it separately.
